USamps vs Sundown

I never called you stupid, I said your advice on this particuler thread was stupid. Yes I think trying to push one product by putting down another product, which is better is stupid. Sundown to me is as good as the Ulimate product you sell, you went on and on on how good it was and then what happened? they failed and blew up. No matter what you say you can't compare apples to oranges and that's what you are doing.

Davis we can continue this banter for 7 pages in. You think the USAMPS is the cats *** great. And you said I put down a better product to sell mine. And I have forum threads out the ying yang that show failing MD's after another. He was my first responce:
USAMPS has always been a great amp manufacture. However there new XT or Xterminator Series amps are not a classic USAMPS product build in attempting to enter in the entry level market. There AX is great and there Merlin is an in between sort of line. There are ok though. I perfer the Sundown Audio SAZ1500D. Its a really nicely built amp over all. But to answer your question. The USAMPS are nice but expensive. And my choice is the Sundown's as a less expensive and more powerful alternative.
And then here is yours.

Your kidding right? Sundown is not even in the same league as the md or ax series amps by US amps. I have installed many of these amps and they are a quality product. I'm not saying Sundown isn't good but don't put down one product to big up another that you sell.
I sell both, not once did I try and sell him . So who was putting products down. I didn't say Sundown was better then USAMP overall did I. He asked about one amp. ONE AMP not the company as a whole. And for me to state that the Sundown's are better then the AX and TUBE line would just be stupid. Correct. And for the record 99% of the failures on the Ultimate amps are user error and connecting incorrect. Should they have had better internal protection YES. Should they have made it more user friendly YES.

I guess the biggest thing is yes, if someone misrepresents his product, then yes, put them in their place; in the void or pm.
A certain amount of respect has to be shown for someone who 1) pays to advertise on this site, 2) has given back to the community, no strings attached.
The smartass bashing should end now. If you dont like his ways or motives, oh well. Misrepresentation and lying is one thing, what he sells, or who his dealer is shouldn't matter.
He finds CCA a valuable source for his business, hes paid to be here and will have a certain degree of protection from me. If you don't like it, oh well.
