Amp Kit...

Hi, i need a amp kit for my Alpine MRPM1000 Mono Power Amplifier which does 1000watt rms
For a 2002 honda civic.. ya think I'll need a capacitor with it?

The guy I bought the deck and amp from wants to sell me this amp kit:

"The Alpine X Series 4 gauge 1400 watt amp kit with Rca cables is regularly $159.99 i will do for you for $129.99."

Should I get that?

or you can go to Welcome To The KnuKonceptz Online Store and get a wiring kit and capacitor for cheaper than what your looking to pay for that amp kit.

Excellent, thanks for the suggestions.. too bad it don't all come in one kit.. I don't have how to suggest to the site that I want 4 feet of wire.. do I just put quantity 4?

yup were it says quantity its basically asking how many feet. usually 3-4 feet should be PLENTY. hopefully that capacitor will be in stock soon cause its a great deal... very cheap even with shipping, and knu has some quick shipping.

KLMX used Copper Clad Aluminum... I would not touch that if i were you. Go with the Kolossus instead, it's a bit more expensive but you get the real stuff...

and whats your reason for not liking the KLMX wire?

i hate when people say this because its the damn best wire i've ever used.

Copper Wire Vs. Copper Clad Aluminum Wire

Correct me if i am wrong but those civic don't have the most powerful electrical system, so you need a cable that will be less resistive to get the max out of this car.
