just figured out my new video software for transfering VHS tapes to MPEG file, this is the first upload. :thumbsup:

O.k......... Here's an old video of Wayne Harris's Hearse from the early 80s at the CES. with the classic 3/30" subs, 8/12" Midbass & 6/ Orion Amplifiers, Custom dash with digital guages......... :)

Thanks Joe :appl: That was awesome to watch. Even on Wayne's site, I haven't seen a better vid of the Terminator at that time in its life (pre-Rockford, but after the first install with the 30" EV sub). Gotta love the mid-80's techno-instrumental music and the dude in the white Miami Vice jacket :smokin: Got any more of those vids from the 80s shows? Anything local?

I also have a cupple of video from TV coverage of CFMI sound off held at Brentwood Mall in Burnaby (I judge install in that one), and one on Tink's GN ($20K system from 2001 sound center). plus one 1986 CFOX sound off etc.

I'll put another one together maybe in a few days... they just needs to be edited into a 3 min clip. :)

Its interesting to see that there are music everywhere back then at the soundoff vs nowadays....... the shows has much less people and not too many people plays music, other then a burp every now and then from the SPL guys.

Thanks for reminding all of us who saw pics of the hearse when it first came out just how freakin' old we are now.....as John Cleese once put it....you miserable bastard, you miserable, rotten bastard.....:laugh:

It does lose something without the English accent.....:dunno:

I have a write up on that beast in an old mag...when i get my scanner going again I will send it to you Dukk.Something to aim for right!
