Well I'm unsatisfied
I need more subs. hahaa. I was going to start Dyno Matting tomorrow, So tonight I was getting gas and I had the tunes on to where in the car it distorts cigarette smoke and makes your voice sound like you are talking into a fan..
Anyways I was pumping gas and the water from the rain was dancing on the deck lid but I couldnt hear anything..:dunno: I could hear a faint rattle :bs: I almost wanted to pop the trunk a little bit haha. This kid in a Honda with a dual deck walked by me and kinda laughed I was like WTF :stroke: So I made A point to wait to open my car door until ha came back outside with his dual deck and cheap walmart 6x9's were so distorted you couldn't hear anything but :thumbsdow:thumbsdow When I opened the door he stopped looked at me then walked back towards me :smokin: I was like :cheeky4: fooker then he said hey I have the same deck a dual.. I said No sorry no Dual here pal :UDONT: I made him stick his head in the car then I said :blowme: So I think i'm going to be adding at least 2 more 12's then when my D-Blocks come in I'll Bridge them and run 10000 watts to 2 subs and 10000 watts to the other 2 and maybe make some pods and add 8's up front. I need more.. |
don't buy more. If you are doing that with your system now if you get more it will get stolen even quicker...as it is you probobly only have a couple months acting like that till it gets jacked

hmmmmm this seems odd to me? you have 2 12's right now? cause i just drove home with 1 10" and 1 amp and managed to set off three alarms, of cars parked on the other side of the street... Ive never had problem annoying the crap outt everyone in the near vicinity... and actually i almost dis like it, I love bass i love how it feels but i wish it was pretty much silent out side of the car... people are sketchy and i like my stereo i dont want it to go missing....

And Insulting.. I spent the afternoon cleaning all the dust and stuff out of the trunk to prepare for dyno matting today, But my 8 month old has other plans. Anyways I'm not paranoid of having my gear stolen because well no worries there. once the fiberglass box is built it will be secured and bolted down, Amps and subs will be installed with special bolts and besides it just doesn't happen around here. Oh and if it did it's insured.. This is where I tell you I don't even lock my doors, and there is well over 15 grand worth of electronics in my living room. Your problem is not you need more subs your problem is not the right subs in the right box.Your biggest problem from what I see if your using them DMX subs is the box them DMX subs are no pushover sure there is better to chose from but if your thinking adding more its not the way to go build the right box for them and if thats not enough then come talk to me I will set you up with a dual amp(2P3000.1`s), single sub setup that would rock the out of ya

ya your box seems to be quite small for 2 DMX go ported in a 5cubic ft to 5.5cf with with 2 P3000.1 and im pretty damn sure its gonna pound you hard man im just runing 1000watt in a 4.6cubic feet ported box and it pounds hard in a big ass van so redesign your box before adding more subs you will be more satisfied

You know what you are right... My 3000.1 is out getting painted and I just got word that a brand new pair of D-Block 5000.1's are sitting in Cali waiting to ship out to me :smokin: And the box is a little off true New one is coming as well |
ummm i dont drive a honda... and yeah zzzz man 145.5 but i didnt have the sub level up enough... i ended up maxing out the volume on the deck. and it could have taken more...
I do feel your pain though, its nice to know that when im sitting at a light with mine turned down and some kid pulls up blaring his stereo that i can just push a button and everyone around me is left wondering if we just had a small earth quake hahahah |

look at your phaze on the subs it sound like it is off from what you just said.Don`t go by the terminals on the subs it is not uncommon for them to be wrong

If I add deadening will it be louder outside the car also or does it keep the air pressure inside easier?

I was explaining to someone today about my system (ported apx 12 on 1500) and he asked if I wanted to buy 2 10's and 2 12's on 2 different amps, all mixed matched crap from his vehicle and the ghetto setup was news to him! LMAO and when you try to tell people like that they just say "I don't know about any of that, just if it pounds or says JL". If I want to show off I do it at stop lights LOL, try getting away from my bass now bitches. I'm still waiting to turn up my and get put down by some hardknock from some 'punk kid' in a civic, stoplights can sometimes be db drags LOL. |
