I'm looking for a retailer that deals with JL frequently ...
More importantly, I'm thinking I want them to take a look at my JL sub to see and hear what it's doing in hopes that they can help me diagnose what's going on ...

Related to my JL thread last week and the noises my sub is making when it flexes ... still haven't figured out what the problem is.

So, JL retailers in Ontario? I'm Toronto, preferably close to here but honestly, whatever. The help is greatly appreciated, I just want to sell this damn thing already!

 

a place on kennedy called oxford auto sound i think it is right across the street from xs cargo now i would buy anything from there but i no they sell JL

Their all overpriced. I've bought all my JL stuff from Factory Auto Sound & Security in Windsor. Great bunch of guys. Owners name is Darren.

 

theres a place in Whitby called the HIFI centre....its on Brock st. theyve sold JL for a long time

 

did you ever end up taking the sub out?

 

whitby hi fi is a great place to deal with, you will get great deals there.

it is NOT on brock though. it is on dundas(hwy 2), 5 minutes east of brock(hwy 12).


whitby home audio/video is on brock. really nice place, but overpriced and home audio only.

I don't know whether to update THIS thread or the other one ... (Probably this thread).

Got some solid suggestions so far, that's probably all I'm going to need though. Thanks everyone, going to be making some stops tomorrow.

I'll throw up pictures in a few hours. The sub is clean and I've been using the sub all week ... its pounding and nothing is changing.
