Are drive in is a dump they charge like $12 a person, smells like all the time when you sit in the field in your car.Not worth it one bit.
I just go and see my friend In china town now and get the movie i need and watch it at home.
But the Drive in at the Docks is well worth it,Driving range, mini golf etc

I go to the drive-in quite often, but havent gone with my Plymouth Breeze yet, so i have no idea how it would hold up.
I went with an old 87 Honda Prelude with an el-cheapo NAPA battery and made it through 2 movies before remembering to start the car and charge. I thought i was toast that night cause it was a triple feature. I actually made it through the last movie and was still able to start my car (and even boost my brother's Corsica) after the last movie. I could hear the alternator whine the whole trip home though....not good for it. At that time i was running a 4-channel BOSS Rev735 bridged to 2 channels running a pair of 10" Ultra Linear ULX-104D (AMAZING 10's for the price i got them for). The amp was running somewhere around 160W rms x 2. Not insane power or anything, but i was still impressed that it even made it through a single movie with the crappy battery and poor condition alternator.
I have taken several cars since then and never had a problem yet, so i cant imagine my Breeze being any worse. Although i AM running a bit more power these days. hehe

In my last car, Z24, I made the mistake of going to the drive in. I pulled fuses on the 2 subs amps but left the other 4 amps on.
Ran the car about 1/2 the first movie. but the battery died anyway.
Got a push start at break time.
ran the car every 15 miniutes for 15 minutes during second movie.
Battery died and missed the end of the movie. Got a push start again.
Not going to drive-in again.
Got an HDTV & 7.1 surround system for home.

well, my car didnt die on me!
First movie (shrek 3, pretty funny actually) I started it 30 mins in for about 5 minutes, then left it for the rest of the movie. Oceans 13 was a little different. About 45 minutes in, my front speakers stopped working (running off amp). So I turned the car on, my lord did it ever start hard...I was worried, but yeah she lived...
and by the way, if my car is from 1994, it makes it 13 years old, not 17 cavy man14, lol. I wont hold it against you though
