I am kind of new to this, but I think you have to have a budget first, that will make a big difference as to what amp you will get. I did some research and just bought myself the Alpine 4-channel, most bang for the buck that I could find, it had really strong reviews. As for mid to high end I did not even look as I don't need anything big or fancy. As for hook-up I imagine that with a four channel you can bridge across 2 of the channels to drive the 2 different subs. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, this may or may not be a good solution. There are wiring diagrams at all the major amp manufacturers that specify hook-ups. You have to know the ohms of the speakers and output of the amps.

I see some mods are browsing this too, so I think we'll have some similar reponses :)

I'm confused as to what you're doing. Are you trying to run the Kenwood and the Pioneer at the same time? It is going to sound like garbage if you are.

I'd stick to the kenwood as it's the (marginally) better of the two. Then all you need is an amp pushing about 500W to give it a good kick. If you like solid but are on a budget I'd look to the JL Audio 500.1.

Edit: There are tons of 400-500W amps out there. All depends on what you're trying to get out of the sub(s) and how much you'd like to pay. Maybe a browse through the marketplace on here will turn up some bargains.
