This is my little rant about 2006 dodge ram 3500's. I just finished a remote start/alarm in one of these little(big) puppies. Man I hate multiplexing. If i ever meet the guy who designed the electrical systems for this truck this year, im gonna sock em in the face! What ever happened to the good ol days when a starter or alarm was like an hours work. now like 8 relays 15 resistors, deisel delay module, OM transponder interface, what a load of crap. I know some of it is good for the customer but D@#N it makes our life a more difficult.Thanks for listening, i feel a little better now.

you need the patschrysler04+ bypass to do that truck. parklight is + wht/grey in drivers kick in a white plug in the middle. you don't need to use all those resistors. it is the same as the 05 the plug just isn't as prominent anymore, you have to look for it.

 

It could be worse. It could be a stupid Crappy Tire alarm / start / keyless combo into a stupid Dodge Intrepid. FAK I hate those cars. I am way to big to bend under the dash of that thing. Cab forward design my ****.

MR2NR's got it right. I hate thoes crappy tire units. I dont much like the intrepids either. Im 6'4" 240 LBs. same with old mustang trunks.
