Where in GTA could I get an amp repaired?

Not fully sure if worth it, maybe worth it if cost of repair is not too bad. Alpine V12 MRV-F400. Not sure if just any local electronic repair shop is possibly sufficient to get an amp fixed, or if there's known car audio shops that also do amp repair? (in the GTA?)

I'm not out much if I don't repair it. I tested what I could with my Ohm meter, there's power pretty much going through most of it, so possibly a bad capacitor or resistor, just not obvious what.

My other option, (sorry, tight budget) is I simply get another amp. Most likely used, older. But doubt I could get one for $70.00 USD. Initially the amp needs to drive 2 10" Pyle Pro speakers, with potential of upgrading to more or larger speakers.

At least I can say my car is wired up now. :D

I emailed (yet to hear back) Alpine service centre in Markham, just to get a quote on cost of repair.

But in meantime, while searching around, I've found a fair bit of info that may actually allow me to properly troubleshoot where the issue lies. Seems either one or more of the Fet transistors (no obvious sign of being blown) or the power supply. If I can narrow down what parts, I can order the parts and switch the parts out myself.

There is also a shop in the West end called Danmax

STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

I had an amp repaired by them and they are expensive, give you no receipt of any kind and didn't do a good job as far as I'm concerned.

That is correct. They do give you a free estimate of the repairs. I've had one amp fixed by them already and will be bringing another on monday.
