oh :S well then wtf i thought it was one amp to one channel ? unless im mistaken.. and since iv been here these last few days i have been often.. what about the multiple amp question ? just for ***** and giggles, isn't it just a large gauge wire ran back from the battery to a dist.block then to teh amps?

Again, as I posted earlier.... it is all about matching the sub(s) to the amp. I have run thirty two 12" subs off of a 150 watt mono amp before. It is knowing what you can and cannot do that will make or break the system.

Im looking at an amp, on the front of it it says 400 watts rms but in the description it says
2 OHM Output Power - Full Range 1200W
Bridged Power At 2 OHMS - Full Range 1200W
Total Max Power 1200 Watts
so does that mean its 400 watts or 1200 ???
