kenwood my remote works through all my windows in my olds even the back window a good 5 to 6 feet away!

you have a cd player in the car? it has a remote? remote does not work thru the glass? is this right?

what deck is it? did you try putting new batteries into the deck's remote? try finding a new remote for that brand of the deck. many new remotes work with old decks, as long as its the same brand.

Me i would go with kenwood anything over 4v is good for you 500.1s and you can get a kenwood for cheap if you know where to look.
