ok, so 900 watts with a good box or 1500 watts with a good box?? which would be better?

it's just confusing me because sure i'd have two subs with 900 watts, but 1500 watts still wouldn't be louder?

It is still mostly box dependant......all the amp power in the world won't make up for a bad box........if both enclosures are the right ones for the drivers the higher power should get you louder, whether they sound as good is a different issue....:smokin:
