Just try it on each position and listen to it. You'll be able to hear if it is too much.

If i understand bass Eq correctly, it is related to slope. Seeing that my HU can control the slope, should i not set the slope on the amp the flat?

I have the one size larger MPR-M650 that is going into my current build. The Bass EQ is just a boost at 50hz.
