this post has beat around the bush about nothing, my point waw that if dukk doesnt think that shops shouldnt put pics in their stores of jobs previous installers have done why should you, me and other installers be allowed to do use them for ourselves if the shops that paid us to do shouldnt. can you tell me that you have done every install on your site yourself. you brought up a particular situation involving yourself, do i think you were wrong, i dont know. i really dont know you tim, and i dont really know your old employer, os i wont pass judgement, but your situation made me think and wonder what others thought

and Dave, I don't mean to sound edgy it's just that there is alot of crap going on with me leaving and I just want to put it behind me and move on to a new job....................tired of all the "he said, she said" BS.............

I think the point was made that 'so long as the installer' at the shop can do the work, or has done the work, then it's all good. If they take credit for something that haven't done, that's different.
That all being said, it's very wrong for a shop owner to hire someone without making sure they can afford them.

^^^^^^totally agree with those two statements. Had it happen to me in the past and I still have some resentment ever since.
If you recruit someone you better be there for that person because your messing with their livlihood.
Although if that person did something to get themselves released then thats a different story.
