I need to drive an Infinity 12.1d sub which maxes out at 350rms watts. These are the manufactures which make suitable mono subs and all cost about the same (225 cdn)

phoenix gold xenon amps but im biased since ive never tried the other brands

 

i've never heard good things about the quality from a rockford amp. pheonix gold makes decent amps in my eyes.

My vote is the Infinity cause it has similar internals to the JBL.

my vote would be for memphis they seem to be good solid amps

 

MTX hands down.

RF would be my second choice.

 

MTX, Memphis or PG. any one of them would do well.

 

I've used all of those brands at one time or another, and I have been happy with all. I currently own a Rockford Fosgate and a Hifonics, and both have been excellent. Overall, I have had more good experiences with RF over the last 20 years, and as such I always recommend them when asked.
