I am want to do a bit of competition with my system and I want to know where I would go because I just don't get the different in the classes. So can some one help me out

I'm looking to use my 3 lighting audio subs on a 1000 watt amp in either a car or a ext a cab pick up truck (not sure what to get yet) so if someone can help me out I'd greatly appreciate it

you should decide what you want to compete in and then waht category
www.termpro.com is the db drag site, and www,iasca.com is the iasca website. i'd say that you have to find out what modifications that you've done to your car(or that you want to do in the future) and then go from there

sounds like most likely it will be a street b setup for dbdrag.. and most likely any 3-4 sub class for local shows.. or Stock 2 for IASCA.. Mostly it depends on if your box is under the window line and if it is interfering with any normal operation of the vehicle..

Looks like I'd be Street B too then.
