Big powerbass amps?

Anyone running the 4k or 5k powerbass amps or has anyone tested them. Need one big amp reasonably priced and seeing as i'm a powerbass dealer pricing is good. I've used a ton of there 1000.1's but none of there big amps. Thanks in advance.

Talked to Tim the other day and he said he can get them. Did you get a chance to test the 4k again Peter. Trying to build a street a vechile and a bassracer at the same time with one amp that can go from car to car. Also trying to keep thr amp budget down.

I've used the 5k's, and been able to get only 4400 watts "clamped" @ 13.8volts, and @ a 1.03 final ohmeage, after rise. They are power hungry!! I have 4 NSB's 170ft, fully charged and can get about 5-6 burps out of them b4 it starts to drop, but I have not been able to get the full 5k out of them.

It's rare that you will get 5k out of a 5k amp. They are rated at 5k usually 14.4 volts. And it has to be a very strong current supply as you shoud expect over 500 amps of draw on a 5k amp
