I was wondering if anyone heard of a z28 camaro putting out high numbers?

 

My one good freind, He had a newer camaro, we systemed it with a MTX 8500, and a Huge *** amp(can't remmeber the name off the top of my head) that thing got stupid loud!! And then a few years ago, my buddy had a Trans Am we had 2 12" Dr Crankensteins and a pair of MEI 600's(from costco) it rattled my brain pretty good for being garbage!! lol

 

o yea .... ran into this chick that had a newer camaro with 2 12" phoenix gold's in the back and it was crazy loud!

 

Sick now that would be a cool name to put back on subs, MEI "Mansor Electronics Inc." Sweet. As a kid I lived about 2 mins from there.

 

camaro sucks real bad for spl. it sounds good for music with low notes, but for spl its one of the worst hatch backs ever.

 

I agree. I have a 86, and it's hard to get loud, to the ear playing music, it's very loud. But to the meter playing notes, I have only hit 135.7
Not only are they not very loud, you dont have room to build a proper box lol

 

LOL. Dont hate on MEI, that was my frist system. 2 12's and 1 500 watt amp. lol
