Direction of box
Ok here is the low down.
I have a 97 dodge neon 4 door with 60/40 split seats. I have a dd9515, and a ported box that measures around 31x15.5x15. My question. Would I be better off aiming the box into the cabin with the seats down, or aiming it at the trunk? Which do you think would be louder and sound better. Some of you might say try both and see, but it's not that easy. When the sub is in the box it weighs well over 100lbs. This box barely fits in the trunk, and it's a lot of work to put it in or take it out, not to mention the risk of damaging the sub. My last setup i had 2 3510's facing the car. It sounded good, but In my experiences facing the trunk has usuall been louder. Any help is appreciated. |
Test it with a meter and see whats louder

Did you even read my post?
Plus I don't have a meter. |

Pretty much what I'm saying is once I put it in, I'm not taking it out, so I wanted to know if anyone knew off hand which might be better. |
