He got his Phd from Future Shop! If that guy isn't joking (I can't tell LOL) than please dear god someone has to drive to him to show him what 150+ on music sounds like and get a video of that lmfao. This has WTF written all over it.
"... now if you had a larger profile [box] it'd be a bigger box but you won't be armed with a port haole." |
Thank you Dr. Subwoofer, you're the ....lmao
and he has lots of experience with those tunings and airholes :p I wonder what he charges for building a bump bump box with double airholes  |
Ah hahaha this guy is hilarious, between the previous vid on tuning and this...
DR. SUBWOOFER OWNS ALL HATERS (WARNING VERY STRONG LAUNGUAGE ) I might subscribe just for the laughs! hahaha! |
That stupid ass said ported wouldn't be louder, And it always says ported enclosures are 3db more than sealed.
3db is a lot. |
I think he gets the basic principle. If you tune a box to 35 hz, it's going to sound pretty decent. Yes, every sub is different and a box tuned to 35 hz for one sub, may not be tuned to 35hz for another sub, and it may not be the optimal choice for every sub, or even most subs. But generally speaking, it's a good ballpark to shoot for. I don't think he gets why, or really understands anything he trys to explain in the video, but he's just a cocky arrogant know-it-all 19 yr old kid. He doesn't want to learn about why he's wrong, or make actual sense, as long as he has his faithful followers, because he knows he's 'right'.
Oh yea, and he did say that ported was louder, he was saying that a sealed box won't get any louder no matter what sub you put in it. |
