edit:as i read on the forum, i noticed a fellow member came up with this suggestion in iasca finals section, yet i got my idea from another thread... so in that case maybe just use this one as "the meet" thread rather than whoring up others...

since it is time of discussion and rebuilding, i was wondering what anyone would think of a meet sometime middle of next summer when the large events are simmered down. to have an agreed apon meeting placement to get as many out to actaully meet, with a competetion in the middle of it all. possibly a large 2x event would bring alot out i dont know, it's just an idea i thought id through out.

anyone, fill me in, has this been tried before? success/failure?

That would be fun, however I doubt many would be able to attend simply because of the huge distance. (Even if it's in the middle).

Easy now! There are lots of ppl out here that are heavy hitters. And more are in the works.

If the west had the amount of the shows the east has, we would have alot of heavy hitters. Getting your points is pretty easy when there are shows every week within a reasonable driving distance. [img]tongue.gif[/img]
