i have built a box for 3 12's and i used some fiberglass mat to round out the corners so the air flows freely and i have no dead air, also will help stiffen the box, but it is hard to get it smooth, those of you that have worked with glass before know those little stray glass fibers i am talking about whats the best way to get rid of them, i was also thinking of adding some body filler like bondo and sand it down to round it right out? but would it make that big of a difference?

you've got the right idea with the bondo. just don't lay it too thick and you're in like butter.
