3 cf5 for a pair of Evil 15" is wayyy to small ......................... you need 3 cf3 per sub

your not going to get big numbers with two 15" SSA Evils in a box that small , they don't like small enclosures

something is likely wrong with the electrical in the car id imagine. Check your voltage drop at the battery when you burp.
Check battery grounds and all major connections. A 144 in a crx is horrible....You could honestly do a 144 in a crx using a single 6.5" woofer and deck power.

Those are my favourite amps of all time....amazing amps. I ran them as low as 0.33ohm strapped (0.167 ohm per amp) and they took it no problem. Other than all the blown subs but that was a tuning issue obviously.

You have a setup capable of good numbers....but you arent very likely to get over 157...if thats a goal at the dash atleast. Just behind honest. You need to do a lot of research and a lot of testing. In other words....this is such a huge issue...you should be able to diagnose it yourself without coming on the forum.

My crx did 152.0 using 2 junk 10s like 5 or 6 hours after I bought it...on the first full power burp.
1 battery
2 10s
2 strapped amps (legal for street A at the time)

I think you need shorter/wider ports, and a termlab to find your tuning and resonant frequency.
