at what point on the db scale does your breathing begins to get affected also heart rate i wear earplugs and i get both affects heart rate and breathings... also get a free massage

I sat in our van in 03-04 and it would do a 156/57 on the TL and it didnt affect my breathing or heartrate but did it ever move alot of air!
