Just google a transmission line enclosure there are lots of resources man.

And make your darn box now smaller!

Thanks for the tip. The front has a b.s. seal job with a couple mock up pieces of wood and duct tape for testing.

make those pieces of wood to the same angle as the sheet metal that the back seat leans on. i did it in mine awhille bakc and because they were the same angle it was sooo much easier to seal it up... same hieght and everything

I took out all foam from previous box. I def. look forward to seeing ya this Sunday and will listen intently to any and all ideas that could help me get louder.
