depends what he wants... daily, bass-race, burp machine? a big port will require a different suspension setting on the woofers and bla bla bla.

polyurethane (A + B foam)

or the red tube great stuff brand (garbage)

did you gain SPL from kneeling on windshield? and what frequency did u find it liked?
