Need some sub recomendations

Need some sub recomendations
Using a EQ PHD5k, what would you use for either 1 12" or 2 12" subs, that give 1 ohm load.
So either a 1 DVC2 ohm sub, or 2 Dual 4's or Dual 1's. And probably 2k rms per. Fi, Atomic, etc.

No offense to anyone that likes/loves JL, But IMO they are damn pricey.
Doesnt help that the shop here that sells them, Big picture. I won't enter the store, Fockers list stuff at msrp most of the time.
Was checking out some Paradigm Studio 20s and they had regular price as 1100$ for pair. Paradigms site in canadian $ is 1049 MSRP. I lol'ed when I saw the price tag.
That and the sales people there are the kind of pushy pain in the asses that you just want to go away. and If your checking a product they always try to sell you something for more $. Case in point I went in about 8 months ago and asked for some cheaper ( not cheapest RCAs) with the video and L/R wires. and when I went to grab them they started ridiculing me for going mid grade and not 130$ pair for 6 feet.... I was like well Its not like I'm running a Denon or top of the line H/K.
Needless to say I went to walmart after there and bought some.
But yea, Since a 12w7 was like 1399 in one of those red and grey carpeted boxes, I can imagine what 3 13.5s would cost =p
