use 1.5 inch long screws.

what type of screws are u using? i use deck screws (the green ones), havent had one come out yet.

try putting on another baffle and using longer screws.

im using #8 wood screws from home depot, there chrome looking i guess u could call it... i cant remember if there 1" or 1.25"(have both packs sitting in my closet lol)... ill try some longer screws though, im wondering if i should jump to #10 screws now that some have started to come out and perhaps enlarged the holes while they where vibrating around??

Those chrome looking screws your using really don't hold well, you could try a screw with a coating on. The coating is there to hold the screw in better, or if you don't plan on taking the screws out maybe even some locktite on the threads.

When you're drilling the pilot holes make it a bit smaller. A good idea would be to fill the current crevices with a wood filler or glue and re-drill and set the screws. Might be good to even offset the new screw locations, and go easy on tightening them so you don't strip the wood.

lol I use the biggest screws that fit in the holes. But for the most part gravity holds everything down! lol

T nuts in between baffle sheets or on the back of baffle then glue them in. And use bolts this way no rescrewing new holes in your box eveytime you take your box out.
