Street Max Rules

So I just need a few things clarified:

1) "Anything goes" as long as its behind the B's right? I can use wood, steel, cement, marble, granite, anything?
2) How much deadener am I allowed behind the B's?
3) The two layer deadener rule applies to anything in front of the B's right?

Don't want to be breaking any rules. :)
