Is that not also the look of the Tru Tech Copper series amps as well?

yes they all have the same look on the outside. In fact the first time i have seen amps that look like this are Brax amps. But on the inside they are different. The spl dynamics 2000d was able to put out more power then the ab vfl 150.1 because of a few extra components.

Looks quite different than the tru tech copper case though. (probably comes from the same place though)

Tru technology (notice only 4 side fins, no gold strip etc):

SPL dynamics (6 side fins and other different things):

its not true tech or brax.

the amps look identical on the outside but the spl dynamics makes more power.

they might look the same, but they are different on the inside.
