what makes a successful show??
 

what have you splers seen at events that made it successful? im looking for ways to make our show in castlegar more desirable and more enjoying for all competitors

Wet t-shirt contest and hot girls come on you should know that. P.S good food and drinks.

unfortunately, its got to be " family friendly" and if you want boobs theres always the internet, although we are looking at a dunk tank with some bikini girls, with cold water hehe...

I find it would be better if there werent distractions.

Its a quick simple easy painless competition...so leave it that way.
For example:

Go to a turkey shoot. (Dont actually shoot turkeys, just paper and win frozen turkeys etc.) I just want the chance to shoot see if I won move on the the next round do it again. It's always annoying when you have distractions like a dice table for instance at these shoots. The guy that KNOWS hes going to be up soon or next goes and tries to fit a dice game in making everyone wait, and it sucks specially on a winter day.

So I feel a dunk tank would definitly eff things up unless competitors cant take part in the tank until after the competings done.

Nothing big, just like between rounds, have like maybe a slushy eating competition, winner gets a shirt or something. Hot girls always have people coming, and staying, maybe hire some girls to chill at a booth, wear clothing with the shops name on it, walk around, model a demo car, ect.
Crowd participation is always good. Maybe have the crowd vote for who has the nicest looking system, and give the winner a award or something.

how about a root beer guzzling competition, hot wing eating contest, subwoofer toss, any more ideas??

hot wing eating contest??? IM IN!! id say draws for prizes and such would be good too

dont take forever in between rounds have the show move along i hate waiting most of the day for each round

think of some new ,quick, simple, easy, painless, competition
