Rona only has cut sheets, not full sheets, unless they have them stored somewhere other than out on the floor.

My old box was made with a sheet and a half of 1",. man that bitch was heavy.

I want to make it 4 layers all the way around and then I can add layers if the box work out to the out side to make it real solid. Its a HUGE box to start off wit its goin to be like 60cubes or so to and will go from there.
