1 sub vs 2 subs

are your subs single voice coil or dual. I had a 6500d on two 8000's and it sound pretty good. But id go with a thunder 8302 on a single sub that works pretty well i did that for awhile and liked it alot.

yeah i like ab ampthey sound really nice. I just heard a pioneer a class amp recently i was pretty impressed it was nice looking amp too. Its not to often you see the little purple pioneer around.

Using multiple subwoofers may have an effect on loading, depending on how they are setup... consider the size of the wavelengths involved, and it's obvious there aren't going to be any 'cancellations'....

I would personally rather have 2lesser subs with the same amount of juice over one sub....

just skimmed this, so forgive me if its already been mentioned, but 1 sub in a whack of airspace will in most cases, out-do 2 subs in a tiny box. Sometimes it comes down to how much room you have to work with.
