Don't think so much, just order Pioneer. It's the best choice of the offered.

Sometimes a "tonal" mismatch will occur, and no matter what you try to do, there's gonna be something that doesn't "sound right".
IMO Specs mean less than nothing in the real world.
can you explain what you mean by tonal mismatch between components please?

He probably thought that if the components are not compatible with one another, not will be as well when they are compatible components.

At the shop That I am at, We have had great success with tuning Pioneer head units and actually getting a new result in the sound. I found their 2015 line up to be strong, well priced and unrivaled in their features and specs.
