I just purchased a CDA9833 and I am having some troubles tuning it.

Yes. I did read the manual and did try to go to the website for the i-Personalize to do my settings but the 9833 is not an available deck to choose from in their pull down menu.

Anyways....time correction, bass focus, crossovers andequalizers are fairly foreign to me. I don't understand em.

If you think you can explain them to me or give me advice on how to set it up to sound right, I will bring beers for ya to the next event we both may attend.

P.S. Please explain it like I was 8 years old. I am just starting to grasp the SQ side of things but I am gettin confused with all the slope, hz, khz talk.

somewhat difficult to explain online, the japenglish traslation in the manual can be confusing, go to your dealer and have them explain it to you, or even set up your vehicle with you(should have been done in the 1st place) great deck btw
