My subs aren't hitting like then did in my last vehicle
My last vehicle was a 2001 S-10, and I had duel Rockford Fosgate 10's with an 1,000 watt Memphis amp on them with the same Duel headunit (Ik cheap) but this pounded damn hard. I recently got a 1997 Nissan Pathfinder with all Bose internal speakers and I can't hardly get anything out of my subs. I've tried almost every setting I have on my head unit but if I try and turn it up either my mid range speakers start making popping and cracking noises or I have No bass at all. I've though maybe I just need some bass blockers for all my mid range and tweeters. Or do I need a better head unit because there are more speakers in this vehicle or could it be I just need new speakers? I in need of some real In site because my mind is blown.

I think you need to get new speakers. While Bose sounds good as a brand and they have really good headphones and home entertainment, they suck at car audio.
If you liked the Rockford Fodgate in your old car, maybe have a look at the Rockford Fosgate R1525X2 Prime. They're pretty decent and really quick to install.
I've written a bit about them on my blog tomlikesbest.
