Components AND Co-Axials in the same door?

I have a set of JL VR650 components and a set of JL VR560 Co-Axials(sp?) Specs on the box are near identical 'cept for the hig, the co-axes are 22kHz and the Comps are 25.

Can I run them both as a front stage type set-up or will them being a different design cause sound conflicts? Was thinking of mounting them all in the front door or a set in the door and a set under the dash between it and the floor.

They will be powered by a Soundstream Reference 405s, the 5th channel will be running 2 JL 8w1's in the center console and a BD1000/Kicker L5 in the back of a GMC Suburban.

Great question. I too would like to know the answer. I have a pair of C5 5 1/4" co-axials in the doors and have a pair of C5 6 1/2" components on order. Was thinking of trying both in the same door together. My thoughts are it would give a bit more adjustability being able to set the crossover throughput levels of each to give a better blend of sound.
