deck re-wiring
On the finishing stages of my install and I need to upgrade my deck power and ground wires. I've aquired 10 gauge power and ground and wanted to know if:
#1-going to the Battery directly Fused? or #2 tapping off my 2gauge power wire - Fused (easier to install) that feed my amps? Thanks Julian |

I agree - Can I get away with using the amps power wire (and avoid noise) since it's ran down the center console 14inches from the deck?
This way I can do it after the comp this weekend? Cheers MTT |

I just don't see how you'd effectively splice 10awg into a 2awg, in theory theres no problem with it, but theres so many other power sources right there in the dash, or maybe I'm just not picturing exactly what you mean.
Thanks MTT - if your at the show on Sun come by and say hey - Orange Honda FIT 2007 - Julian |

It's just me being lazy and not wanting to do it correctly. :smokin: I'll run it to the batt - fused and dress it up with some loom.
