I've had a boner for 'em for the last couple of months since hearing a set of Grand Utopia's. Anyone heard them yet or know where and if they're available?

Thanks,

Doug

yes i have had a set of no 7 three ways with the crossblock for about 6 months now
without doubt the best components ive heard
the beryllium tweeter is awesome and extends way beyond what both your hearing and other tweeters are capable of
ive also heard the two way no 6 set which is equally as good when set up right

there not cheap in england with a no 7 kit with crossblock running at around £2900
im also hoping to be trying the audison thesis amps very soon just to see if there all there cracked up to be all the people i know which have heard them have really liked them but think the looks are unusual

Good stuff. I'll look 'em up and head over late in the week for a look see.

BTW, do you happen to know if the crossblocks are bi-ampable?

Thanks in advance,

Cheers,

Doug

I'll be building a demo car to compete with the Focal demo car (southern china) in the very near future. I'll keep you posted on my listening comparisons. Looks interesting.
