Focal Utopia fronts

Well I thought I would post a few pics of the front stage I will be using in my build. These are the original Focal Utopia W series hand made drivers.

165w set with TN51 tweet & 6.5” MID
7W2 7” midbass

This set is very finicky but with hard work and time great results can be achieved. This combination has won many SQ comps in the past and the only limitation is the level if install as the drivers don’t come much better than these.

The mounting depth is the same for both woofers as I plan on using the 7” 7W2 in doors , 6.5 in the kicks and TN51 Tweets where ever they work after moving them around with daily driving conditions.

I have the ability to go fully active but for placement I will be using passives to get location and angles defined.

I have to build my doors up with some CLD tiles first though.

I have heard this combination before in another car and I just can’t image going for anything else.

I would love to get some feedback from other Utopia users in the past of present

Great stuff. But you do realize your in a leauge that not many can afford to do. Focal has always been a favorite of mine. Great choice.
