full range mono amps
Class A design... Yuk !
(larger chassis & inefficient)
Iam not sure how 1ohm stable would be really usefull for a full range amplifier... ?
Power ratings seem out of whack between 12 and 14.v volts too ?
They look nice though...

Just buy an amp... a regular A/B is fine... if you want a simple gain block, then dont bother touching the crossover/boost...
There are plenty of small 2ch. amps available that you can bridge mono, which might be just as good (if not better) for what you want to do....
The xtant is nice because of its size... not sure if there are any other small full range switching supply amps on the market right now... ?

The size just happens to be a bonus. I want a simple no Xover, no boost, no silicone implant, amp. I believe that mono amps is the way to go. One for each channel...... kind of makes sense. If it's in one chassis, so be it. Am I wrong in my assumptions?
Nothing in the signal path and total isolation of the two stereo channels?
It almost sounds like I want someone to tell me otherwise. Most of the alternatives to the XTant amps are expensive.

Well you actually just missed a Sinfoni 60.1 set on ECA as they sold 12/26. I was watching them up there for a while.
Asking for $800usd new in box. That's not a bad price. The AVI unit Defro was suggesting may be worth looking into also.

It sounded great, but there were too many components. the best sounding systems have the least amount of compnents in the signal chain.

the P3001 from RF is a full range mono A/B amp.
