The DRZ9255 is a good start. Pair it up with Audison Thesis amplifiers, Rainbow component speakers, and Focal Utopia subwoofers and you should have a decent system

No offence OP, but there are literally 10's of thousands of options to get what you asked for. I like DUKK's sugestion, but it'll cost you about 20 grand in equipment alone. What's you budget? type of car? what do you listen to mostly? what are your goals for the system...loud with some sq, sq and not too loud, loud and sq?? You can pick any decent manufacturer's equipment and build a good to great system using only their brand, or you can mix and match to get a custom designed system that optimizes each components strengths or to cater to your preference.

Like what Sinemeup started with.....Vehicle ?

Then, Overall Goal ? Desired Setup ? Front Stage & Sub ? Fronts/Rears & Sub ? No Sub ? Active Processing ? 2-way active ? 3-way ? Seperate components ? Co or Tri-ax speakers ? What fits (again, vehicle), Single amp-all passive mixed-mono/tri-mode ? Budget ? any existing equipment to integrate ? Your favorite brands ? What is more available to you locally than others ? .....and so on.....

well for now i think only the HU i would invest a bit more. On the other parts for now my budget is between 1000-1500usd. So not much. I want a quality sound but not that good. Cant afford it =).
Well my car is a small one. Called Gol GIV Volkswagem. I am from Brazil by the way guys. I just buy stuff from outside because the price is better than i would pay here and you guys probably know the best stuff i can get with this budget as well.

Any decent head unit will perform more than good enough to deliver great sq. It's the rest of the system and the installation that's going to make it great. However, since you asked for comparable head units, then i'd say alpine f#1 status, pioneer p01, 880 prs, odr, macintosh mx, nakamichi 1200, etc...are all elite decks.
