HU and Processor recomendations
Just think about all the mess you will have with 3way + amp. Hehe.
You'll have to run either your midbass+midrange off the mid channel pairs on the unit, or run midbass + sub off the "sub" pair, which is stupid lol.
Then once you use mid channel to run midb and midr, you loose time alignment on them if you wish to use it. I do

And there won't be a lot of 4way units, because there's no demand for them.

There are also a couple of Eclipse head units that will also do this task for you as well. A couple on clearout right now as they have just become last years model. Time alignment, 24bit d/a, 5 and 8 volt preouts, parametric equalization. Sounds like exactly what you need.

Why would that be stupid? If the amps have unboard xovers then the only problem is with TA for the subs. Usually on decks you can xover the sub part pretty high, midbase high

Because decks usually have sub-level adjustment, say alpine goes from 0 to -15. That will affect both mbass and sub. No good. What you gona do when you want to bump the sub level up only? Remote bass ****? Eww that's additional thing to put somewhere.
