Are these subs anygood? I'm thinking of purchasing a pair and was wondering if any of you guys can recommend them?

They're good woofers, especially for what you pay for them!

And the Infinity are nice.

They have their quality range like any other manufacturer. Im currently using an entry level kappa model, and have no complaints other than im not giving it enough power at the moment.

I love my Infinity's pearsonaly. I smoked an voice coil earlyer this year trying to play with the Db boy's. Other than that I do recomend them and the cost is very reasonable. I'd say come to Calgary this weekend for an demo but thats a long drive!

I have 3 Prefects series, but I had the References too, and I liked them. You could really kick the crap outta them.

The Infinity reference series is one of the best kept secret in car audio. They are easily the most versatile woofer I have ever used, sound great in small and big sealed boxes and unless you screw something up bad they really shine in ported boxes. My installer was running four of them off an MTX 8001d in his Blazer ported to 32 hz and those suckers pound and sound good.

I believe that their old Beta lineup was considered to be their best SQ drivers.
