Should I add a second battery?

Hey Guys,

I have 3 Zapco C2K amps 2 4.0's and 1 6.0. All together I should be running 1000RMS to my front end and 1200RMS to my subs. Also have a Bit one in the mix. Should I add a second battery or is the stock one fine.

stock AC Delco battery with car

Add two or three. Overkill is always better than underkill

I understand that it don't hurt but why spend the money and time if it's really not needed?

true, this is the reason why i'm asking if one good battery can do the job then I guess adding a second battery really isn't needed,

thank you

ya if you go with one good battery that should work also investing in a battery charger will help alot to just charge the battery during the night and your good to go during the day or during burps or whatever

you're running over 2krms... you DEFFINATLY need an extra batt in the trunk. Go for something that has a higher reserve rate, like an NSB 75 or something of that nature.
