I forgot to mention... I learned this when I put an inexpensive deck into my wife's car and then ended up driving it once in a while... everything sounded "hazy" -- when I put in her Rockford RFX8115 the sound was waaaaaaaaaaaay better and that was over 7 years ago -- she has it in the third car now and it is still going strong.
