Sound quality of Pioneer GM5300T amps?

Sound quality of Pioneer GM5300T amps?
Just wondering what the sound quality of these amps is like. I see them for sale around $100 and it seems like a good deal for an amp with 125 wrms x 2 into 4 ohms. Anybody have experience with this amp?
