Hey..
Just a quick question.. i am getting a good price on both this Component sets and dont know which one to go with... Both sales ppl try to say one is better then the other..

Boschmann RB-6200XT Components

or

Alpine Type-R (SPR-17ls)

i'm leaning towards the Alpines and these speakers will be hooked up to an amp later on.. its for a 98 integra...

Also what would you guyz recomend for rear speakers...?/

What whould be good rear speaker (6.5") to go with my alpine front component set.

I checked out their website, apparently they've been around since '73. I think they're mainly in Europe and Australia. Anyway, If they've been around that long and we know little about them...they can't be anything special. I equate Alpine with Porsche, both are big players in their field, and both are specialists. Porsche, at least up until the SUV, was a dedicated sports car builder, and similarly Alpine only does car electronics. Is Porsche the best sports car maker...debatable, but they are very good. Is Alpine the best car adudio maker...debatable, but they are consistently very good.

go with alpine, somthing well known would be better rather than maybe getting great speakers or maybe getting not so good... dont really know with a brand thats not too popular.

Mabe you should give both of them a listen and then buy the speakers you think sounds better to you.
