speaker set-up

I am upgrading my stock speakers front and rear in my car and I was wondering what I should get for loud vocals since I have a 15" L7 in the trunk with 900rms going to it. I am seriously considering Polk db6500 in the front and Polk db650 in the back. I have 55/140 @ 4 ohm and 80/200 @ 2ohm to power these with. Does anyone have a better suggestion. I looking to spend around $300 on 2 pair. (6.5" front and back)

my suggestion is to put all the money towards the front stage as the rear will will probably be drowned out by the sub anyway and the musis *should come from the front as it is.
what amp will you be using for the front stage anyway? let me know that and we can make suggestions

What i am using to power these speakers is written already, but if you need to know the brand/model, it's an Ultimate T2 2450. Thx

I too would concentrate on the front speakers. Macrom has a incredible set of speakers on sale right now that should fit this bill for you. They are a 6.75" woofer though, what vehicle do you have so that we know what size speakers will fit it.

i personally like the sound of Focal's.i've got a set of 165v2's in my civic sedan now.
rated at 75w rms @ 4ohm they'd fit the bill well and you could buy them for about $300. if ur interested PM me.
