Speakers don't sound right! Help

I have a pioneer deh-1300 deck and basically what I'm doing is I'm running the two front speakers and two read speakers to a 600 watt amp and my subwoofer to its own amp. And for some reason Im
Getting great sound qaulity just Not getting certain sounds I was when I was running the speakers through the deck(background snares, piano etc...), any suggestions? I've went behind the deck and all thats hooked up are the signal wires and power. No speaker wires Bcuz all the speakers in the car are running strictly off the amps.

Any suggestions? Is it the amp? What could it be?

Could be the crossover settings on the amps. What are the settings?

Model number of the amps?
